Further studies included training as a teacher in further education at Thames Polytechnic, teaching at the London College of Fashion, and in other prestigious state and private Institutions in London, for almost twenty years. Nina completed a Master’s Degree in Design Studies at Saint Martin’s School of Art and Design, and a Diploma in Perennial Philosophy at the Temenos Academy.

Altogether Nina made thirty-six trips within the country, teaching in seven major cities.
Nina’s visits to India were life changing. She fully embraced the Indian culture taking every opportunity to blend and connect with it, learning all she could about the country and its people; a mere drop in the ocean, yet enough to create and maintain a strong spiritual connection. There were many inspirational experiences and unforgettable memories, including meeting Mother Teresa, visiting the Taj Mahal and the Gandhi Ashram.
Since 2000, Nina has focussed on writing, completing a number of works. She has published The Colour of Prejudice, a conceptual dance-theatre libretto and completed two memoirs based on personal experiences. Nina has also completed a book of poetry mainly in Greek, including poems in the Greek Cypriot dialect. The poetry book is currently being translated into English and Italian. In addition, Nina has continued working on Pattern Cutting Books, based on her teaching experiences and methodology.
Nina is a mother of three grown up children of her own and one step daughter. She lives in London and continues to write.
